Our highly skilled offshore and remote resources allow us to maximize customer value by minimizing both professional fees and travel and living expenses associated with projects. Our off-shore resources are TPC employees, not contractors, working in TPC offices in Delhi, India. Our remote resources are US employees working from their home office or local TPC offices supporting your SAP initiative. Our off-shore resources work the exact same 8 hour project day, eliminating the full day lag created by other "off hour" organizations. On implementation projects, the TPC technical lead acts as the interface point and manager for the off-shore resources. They work directly in your SAP system and participate in daily status meetings and project meetings via conference calls and Web Meeting technology.
