Sean Kelly, President
Responsible for the SAP CRM, BW, NetWeaver and ECC Practices, Sean’s national team works with SAP and TPC customers to plan, design, build, rollout, upgrade and maintain SAP based Solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing and ERP.
Sean served in a leadership role on several major implementations at global companies. He assists clients in developing and implementing SAP solutions across multiple industries. Sean is responsible for the management and direction of TPC’s SAP practices including all resources, clients, solutions and methodologies. Sean has been involved in over 50 SAP implementation projects.
Prior to TPC, Sean was a Managing Director at BearingPoint, Inc. responsible for the SAP CRM delivery practice for the commercial business line. Prior to joining BearingPoint, Sean was Vice President of Professional Services, CRM Community of Practice at SAP America, Inc. where he was responsible for the US CRM Services line of business including services business development and post sales implementation consulting with SAP Customers and Integration Partners. Originally joining SAP as a Sales and Distribution Implementation Consultant, Sean managed a number of SAP implementations before becoming a Consulting Manager for the New England district. Sean started working with SAP’s CRM product in 2000 as part of the global product rollout team and as Director of the CRM Solution Center for SAP America.
Sean holds a BS degree in Engineering from Northeastern University and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering Systems from Boston University.
Vijay Garg, Chief Architect
Vijay was one of the original founders of TPC and maintains a significant leadership role. At TPC, Vijay is responsible for defining the company’s strategic direction, having spent more than a decade working on SAP CRM and NetWeaver solutions.
Over a period of 10 years, Vijay worked for SAP AG as an Architect of CRM products, with SAP Labs India as the Lead for CRM Technology and with SAP America as an expert SAP CRM Consultant. Proud of his contribution towards CRM Technology Components, these became the foundation for the CRM Technology Framework, including Repository Services and Development Studio. Some of these components are also the foundations for the Design Time Repository (DTR) and NetWeaver Developer Studio.
With more than 40 successful implementations, Vijay has a proven track record of solving complex implementation challenges and making customer projects successful. He has won numerous awards during his association with SAP America, including the coveted President’s Circle award.
Vijay holds a BE degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University.
Diane Ackerman, Strategic Alliances Manager
Diane Ackerman is responsible for developing relationships with TPC’s strategic solution and implementation partners such as Adobe, Microsoft, SAP, Rim and Systems Integrators. She represents TPC in joint marketing and business development opportunities. She manages the relationship with SAP America’s license sales teams and SAP Consulting representing TPC’s competences, capabilities, success stories, and reference clients. She manages the TPC Gold relationship with SAP America including the placement of TPC consultants on SAP Consulting led projects.
Prior to TPC, Diane began her SAP Consulting career over 14 years ago as a Sales and Distribution Consultant, later taking on more responsible roles in ERP/CRM Project Manager and CRM Consulting Management. As a CRM Consulting Manager, she supported SAP CRM Solutions including CRM Customer Interactions Center for Telesales, Telemarketing and Teleservice Scenarios, Multi-Channel Integration including CTI, Email, Web Chat, IVR, and Marketing Campaign Management.
Diane holds a BBA degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in Operations and Technology from Bryant College, RI.
Jung Yeo, Senior Manager, CRM
Jung is a Senior Manager with TPC with responsibilities for practice management, business development, and solution delivery within the CRM practice. He has over 10 years experience in the planning, configuration, development, and management of SAP implementation projects at commercial and public sector customers.
Prior to joining TPC, Jung was a Senior Technology Architect and Senior Manager at BearingPoint, Inc. Jung launched his consulting career at SAP America as part of the North America CRM rollout team and subsequently with CRM Consulting. Many of Jung’s clients are profiled in SAP customer success stories and ROI case studies. Jung started his career as a Process Development Scientist and Utility Operator in a Biotechnology start-up plant with Bayer Pharmaceuticals and later joined the SAP project at Bayer Consumer Care and Pharmaceuticals Divisions as an ABAP developer.
Jung holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and is a PMP certified project manager.
Steve Wisz, Senior Manager, EPM
As a Senior Manager of TPC’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, Steve is responsible for developing solution competencies, business development, and delivery of TPC developed solutions for OutlookSoft (BPC) and Business Objects.
Prior to joining TPC, Steve worked for over 13 years at SAP Consulting. Steve specialized in the FI modules of Fixed Assets and Consolidations working with both customers and SAP Developers in Walldorf, Germany. Steve provided business cases to improve the solution’s functionality that were implemented in the standard solution. Steve authored several white papers that are included in the SAP’s Customer Education courses which he also taught.
Steve was a key member of the initial SEM Consulting Delivery Team at SAP America that worked on the integration between consolidations and planning BI tools. He successfully managed the first SEM Scorecard, Cockpit, and Planning project that was a true end-to-end solution. Steve was also the first consultant at SAP America that implemented the CRM planning process for Trade Promotions Management (TPM). He successfully provided business cases to SAP Labs developers to improve the solution between BI Planning and CRM.
Steve holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College along with a MBA from the University of Illinois. He also holds a CPA and PMP certifications.
Anupam Gupta, Practice Manager
As a Practice Manager, Anupam is responsible for the development of our BI application competencies, knowledge management assets and TPC developed BI solutions. Anupam is one of the original founders of TPC.
Anupam has more than nine years of Development and Global Consulting experience with SAP solutions. He specializes in SAP solutions for Financial Planning, Reporting and Consolidation. He has significant experience implementing SAP Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions in the domain of Finance, Logistics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He is a frequent author and advisor for SAP publications and a speaker at various SAP conferences including SAP Financials, Managing SAP Projects and SAP CRM.
A graduate from IIT in Bombay, India, Anupam began his career as a developer at SAP Labs where he worked on strategic customer projects. He began his consulting career with Deloitte Consulting, working on a number of Fortune 500 SAP implementations.
